Server Installation and Support
- Installation and implementation of servers (physical or virtual) and operating systems.
- Migrate customer’s IT systems to hosted cloud infrastructure.
- Setup and configuration of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, antivirus and server applications.
- Setup and scheduling backups.
- Setup of users, domain profiles and drive mappings.
End User Support
- Setting up new user workstations, standard build, printers and email accounts.
- Assist end users with day to day technical problems, connectivity issues and printer problems.
- Troubleshooting at customer sites or via remote sessions.
- Installation and maintenance of all IT equipment.
- Implementation of end user backup systems.
Network Cabling Services
- Design and installation of network cabling infrastructure, ducting and termination points.
- Neatening of existing cabling infrastructure.
- Design and installation of cabinets, redundant power units, switches and panels.
- Identification, labelling, numbering and documentation of cables and floor plans.
- Moving, adding, testing and repairing network points.
Preventative Maintenance
- Cleaning laptops, workstations, servers and printers.
- Removing dust from fans and electronic components.
- Removal and replacement of thermal compound.
- Cleaning network cabinets, user telephones and desktop equipment.
ADSL, Fibre and Firewall Installation
- Identification of suitable service providers.
- Negotiation with service providers.
- Design, setup and configuration of routers, switches and wireless equipment.
- Design and configuration of Wifi security access.
- Setup of firewall security.
Web Domain Administration
- Management and maintenance of web domain profiles.
- Administration of web domain subscriptions and payments.
